Presented by Davy Sims who wrote the Firsthand Guide to Bled 2018, the most detailed guide to Bled available today. There are three editions; Standard is a comprehensive detailed guide with interviews, articles and dozens of reviews and ideas of things to do in and around Bled. The Shorter edition has all the highlights of the Standard edition. The Special has a little more and photographs of the area.
They are available as paperback and Kindle from Amazon. Just search “Guide Bled Slovenia 2018” on Amazon.
Davy begins this edition on the road out of Bled toward the highway, and Lesce. He is walking past Hotel Krim towards Union then on past the police station and close to the new Mercator. Then to the Infocentre building and inside that, the Antimuseum Pysland – that’s phys as in physics.
But there is a Fizz as in excitement there too.
Kristina Špec from the AntiMuseum welcomes visitors, and guides them through the exhibits. Most of what’s on display almost defies description. You’re going to hear Davy say “Ohhh wow!” many times during this episode. Best thing you can do – make an appointment – go see for yourself.
